Child Support Enforcement
The 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office is in partnership with the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services, to provide child support services to the citizens of Iberville, West Baton Rouge and Pointe Coupee Parishes.
Our partnership provides for the establishment, modification, enforcement, collection and distribution of child support payments. Our office represents the State of Louisiana to protect and advance what is in the best interest of the child(ren) and does not represent either the custodial or non-custodial parent. We do not provide custody and/or visitation services.
Services are available to parents and caregivers of the children. Applications for services may be made online at https://dcfs.louisiana.gov and in some cases may require an application fee of $25.00.
The 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office works with the Louisiana District Attorneys Association and the Louisiana Department of Children & Family Services to provide a brighter future for the children of the district.
